  The employees stand around visiting and waiting on their preferred customers. Arby's was so dirty. Didn't look like floor had been swept all day. Tables had been swiped at. Counter with drink machine and sauces was filthy. Ordered French dip, they couldn't take the time to cut in half. One customer was ahead of me , we both waited approx 15 minutes for order. All the while listening to manager repeatedly saying let's get ready the 5 to 6 crowd will be showing up. Manager had no control over employees. Have 1 star only because the girl waiting on me was nice
